🍸 Dry Hire Bartending – Pricing Guide

💼 Private Parties

• Up to 30 guests: from $450 (3 hours, 1 bartender)

• 30–60 guests: from $600 (4 hours, 2 staff)

• 60–100 guests: from $850 (5 hours, 2–3 staff)

• Add-ons:

  • Additional hour: $60/hour per bartender

  • Bar back: $100/event

💍 Weddings

• Reception only: from $600 (up to 5 hours, 2 bartenders)

• Full day (ceremony + reception): from $1100

• Add-ons:

  • Pre-ceremony drink service: $100

  • Glassware hire, garnish prep, etc. priced separately

🏢 Corporate Events

• Half day (up to 4 hours): from $450

• Full day (up to 8 hours): from $800

• Add-ons:

  • Custom cocktail menu: $75

  • Branded bar setup: Custom quote

🎭 Themed Nights / Festivals

• Hourly rate: from $90/hour per bartender (minimum 3 hours)

• Special requests (costumes, specialty drinks): Priced upon request

  Deposit & Booking Policy – The Tipsy Oasis

  To secure your event date with The Tipsy Oasis, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and ensures our team can begin preparing for your event.

  • Deposit Amount: 25% of the total service fee

  • Due Date: Payable within 48 hours of receiving your invoice

  • Payment Methods: We accept [Venmo, Cash App,PayPal,Zelle, and Credit or debit (through a secure payment link).

  The remaining balance is due [14 days] prior to your event date (if you need longer please communicate that ). No services will be rendered unless the final payment is received on time.

  By paying the deposit, you agree to our terms and conditions regarding service, cancellation, and rescheduling.
